In 2001 I was in ninth grade and our English teacher had us read the book and then we actually got to see the movie in school believe it or not lol…fell in love with the book and movie ever since.

I'm so sorry about this, give me like a day or so to correct it since these do take a long time to export and upload. Very weird..

Out of this cast Ralph was the veteran actor of the bunch having done a movie and a season on a hit tv show before this, plus he was actually older than everyone but Patrick. They made 4 movies out of books by this author. All of them had people before they were famous and Matt Dillon who played Dallas in this starred in 3 of the 4. Emilio starred in the 4th. This movie was by far the most famous of those movies.
