I know you're not into musicals but TSOM is still 3rd highest grossing movie in America after 60 years. Lead's chemistry, lighting and all that cinematography resulted in a well made film. Not sure if you've watched Scarface yet but I feel that is one you'd like.

Other suggestions: • Just Go With It (Adam Sandler; I’ll take responsibility for your editor’s grumbling.) • The Heat (Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy; same director as the more famous Bridesmaids…and the infamous 2016 Ghostbusters reboot. Paul Fieg is a bit of a mixed bag. The Heat is highly entertaining in my opinion, though, and is actually one of my most-watched movies of all time. If you end up watching this, I’ll probably say more about that under the relevant post.) • Repo Man (I’m currently drawing a blank on who’s in it, and I honestly don’t even remember how I felt about it overall.
