Thanks to a great friend and encourager, I was able to get a new a/c unit put in last night and plan on having the main one fixed in time for the hot August we normally get here. I couldnβt be happier because this is usually the time of the year where I hibernate and gain rapidly until fall. Iβll never forget the summer of 2019 when I put on about 65lbs in 3 months. Itβs been a long ride but Iβm finally starting to feel like Iβm comfortable with who I am again. At the beginning of this year, I had that pride stripped from me and Iβve been fighting like hell to get the confidence needed to push into the 500βs. Iβm happy to report that I think weβre headed straight there & I have a lot of you to thank for this.
I look back on how rapidly my body, my size was changing and Iβm ready to capture that feeling again. If anyone has any requests for July, please comment them below and Iβll begin making plans to film or capture what you want to see!
