Nikita loves her garden.

Nikita loves the naturist garden in the Cotswolds where she can just spend a day enjoying the privacy, and then opportunity to be at one with nature.

Researchers say spending just 20 minutes connecting with nature can help lower stress hormone levels.

They asked 36 people to spend 10 minutes or longer, three days a week for eight weeks, in an outdoor place where they could interact with nature. The settings varied from small gardens to public parks to green areas near their place of work where they either walked or sat down.

Nikita's stress levels must be low, as she spend as much time in the garden, naked, as she can.
