Podcast Update August 2025 - Orphans Public Release Date and YouTube Video

Hey everyone!

Man July just flew by, lots of things happening at the Bugbear household, both personally and creatively.

Orphans Episode 3 was just released on the Patreon feed, this series turned out to be one of the best we've done and it was an absolute slog to edit and get just right but it's now complete and ready to be enjoyed in full!

Orphans Release Dates

Orphans will begin dropping on the public feed over August. The release schedule is the following:

• 8th August - Trouble In The Deep Part 12

• 15th August - Orphans Episode 1

• 22 August - Orphans Episode 2

• 29th August - Orphans Episode 3 (Finale)

September will be the month of video content. My efforts will shit towards video production and I'll start working on the YouTube versions on Orphans. We have a good opportunity to release the series alongside the eventual physical release so I want the videos to be all ready to go for live premieres when that happens.

Busy Busy Busy

I've got a bunch of personal stuff to deal with over this month and maybe next, nothing bad but will I'll be preoccupied with for a little while. So at this time I wont promise any extra content at this stage as I don't want to not be able to deliver on time, also it would be too stressful to plan stuff that doesn't end up happening! You know how it is.

The good news is that there is plenty of content in the bank, it just needs to be edited. For example we have 2 episodes of Dinoplex Cataclysm and 2 Episodes of The Doom of Verdan Prime in the recording bank, along with Trouble In The Deep episodes 13 and 14th (Which are really awesome btw).

We'll still be recording the campaign during this time, but yeah the episodes will take a little while longer because of the Orphans thing, it will be worth it though!

This may not even effect the public feed, but we'll see what happens. Worst case scenario it has a few weeks break as I get back to the audio editing.

Final Thoughts

We had a lot of things planned for the rest of the year, so hopefully things settle down for me and I can start working on more stuff! Thank you once again for all your support, I apologize for the lack of shout-outs in the recent episodes, they resume in Episode 13 of TiTD!
