Greetings, Shinobi!

I’m back from vacation and back to work — continuing progress on the next update.

A few new artworks featuring Karin are already finished. One of them is on the cover of this post.

As an experiment, I added a short scene to the game that was generated with the help of AI and then manually tweaked.
Here it is:

This scene has just one line of dialogue. In the past, we wouldn’t have made a scene like this at all — it would’ve taken too much time for something that only appears for a couple of seconds. That time is better spent on 18+ scenes that stay on screen longer.

Still, even short scenes add atmosphere and look way better than just showing text on a black screen. So I’ll try to include more of these little moments from now on.

Приветствую, Шиноби!

Я вернулся из отпуска и снова в деле — продолжаю работу над обновлением.

Уже готовы несколько артов с Карин. Один из них — на обложке этого поста.

В качестве эксперимента добавил в игру сцену, сгенерированную нейросетью и подправленную вручную.
Вот она:

Эта сцена всего на одну реплику. Раньше мы бы вообще не стали её делать — слишком много времени ушло бы на создание сцены на короткий момент, который промелькнёт за пару секунд. Лучше вложить это время в 18+ сцены, которые дольше остаются на экране.

Но даже короткие сцены добавляют атмосферу и выглядят лучше, чем просто текст на чёрном фоне. Так что постараюсь почаще вставлять такие мини-сцены.
