GWどこか行かれたり、ゆっくりお休みされたりとそれぞれが思い思いに過ごされたのだと思います。
私はというと……胃腸炎になってしまい……1週間ほど寝込んでしまいましたッ

I think everyone spent GW in their own way, going somewhere or taking a relaxing vacation.
As for me, I got ...... gastroenteritis and was in bed for about ......1 weeks!
