A friend and I became very close a year ago and she told me she was in love with me. Several months later, after we had confessed many deep feelings to each other, she abruptly pulled away with no explanation, and later got back with an ex. It shattered me for several months afterward. I've journaled about it, tried asking her for closure only to get dismissed, saw a therapist, etc. And this video has been possibly the best coping tool I've come across, and put it all in perspective. Thank you, so much, for this.
