I felt called to do a Christmas video on how to cope with holidays anxiety, especially during family gatherings.
If the holidays season triggers stress, grief, shame, and maybe more emotions... I've been there! It gets better.
Relax and listen to my words while I gently brush your hair and tell you about forgiveness, techniques to cope, how to stop hoping for change, and accepting our relatives as they are.
