We're at 100k!

I wanted to take the time to say thank you so much for 100k on Youtube, and your support on here too.
As a celebration, I've taken some time to enjoy life, travel and celebrate life! Ever since I was a kid, my dream was to become a "Youtuber", in the years where being a lawyer / doctor were the most popular "dream jobs".
I knew it was possible and just did my best. It has been a journey, and it will continue to be one. We change all the time!
Honestly, I've never been one to focus on the end goal itself but more so to focus on the process. I can't say reaching this milestone with you is more fulfilling than the months of creation that we've been though, but it makes me smile a lot.
Since the process of The MashaKata's channel has been so meaningful and fulfilling to me, it feels easy and fun to create, and we reached 100k without even me realizing.
I thought that because your support is an integral part of The MashaKata channel's success, why not bring you in closer to my creation process!
As many of you guessed, I am my artistic director / writer / camera man / editor / schedule and manager at this time. I do have someone answering my emails, so always DM me on here for more personal answers. :)
I am not saying that to insinuate it is better / worse than people who do the opposite, it's just my reality right now.
Being my manager is something I cultivate and grow, and hope to one day be that for someone else. Here are some monthly questions I ask myself while doing my monthly analytics recap:
- How did I feel while creating my top videos?
- How does what I did tie into my purpose?
- How did I celebrate myself or gave myself props?
- One new thing I added to my schedule, or what did I do to have fun?
- Which thing I’ve done makes me proud?
- Which thing I’ve done makes me less proud
What interest me is longevity and legacy, which requires me to not only be accountable to how I FELT creating, but also ho others received it. I love a more human-focused approach, where I track my success with the impact / reception, instead of just big numbers.
I don't necessarily track success with numbers, since I could do something I deem immoral or provocative and get tons of views easily (and not just me, you too).
Of course, this is just a glimpse into my methods. I have been taking this manager role seriously for 6 months and building as I go.
Most of my work is behind the scenes for now, but I hope one day to have a crew & much much more.
Cheers to 100k! August is about to be insane - I'll upload our first video tonight, and a bunch of them on the beginning of this week.
Thank you for allowing me to build valuable skills, as well as your amazing feedback each time. Doing this makes me a better person!

You have no idea how proud I am of you ~ since the day I found you and the channel you created a year ago, I can happily say that you have indeed brought a spark into my life, all our lives. To me it’s insane to see how much you’ve grown, and I mean insane in a good way because I’ve never witnessed such a beauty from my eyes until now. It starting from, you sitting by your couch, to sitting near your dining room, to sitting on the floor with guided meditations, to sitting on your bed, to sitting next to your bed, to now one of my favorites in your closest, haha. I’ve seen you come and I’ve seen you evolve, and I can’t stress enough how much you make a difference in our lives, love. From your motherly energy, your ethereal smile, your loving wisdom, your heavenly eyes, your silly sense of humor that I love seeing as you keep pushing videos out, your little nerdiness for One Piece 😊, your stunning art, your honesty, your vulnerability.. thank you for giving us you, Masha.. and you will always be enough.. honestly all of you is far beyond beautiful from what I know and can see. I want to see you grow more and for you to ALWAYS have a reason to smile. The fact that you do it all on your own amazes me more about you.. I had a feeling you did but just, never knew.
