For September-December, online Ladder will have Regulation J (which is Reg I with added Mythical Pokemon that count as restricted) For tournament events Sept-Dec it will be regulation H again! So for example, Milwaukee Regionals on October 11-12 will be Reg H. They announced this all on July 31st but it kinda got lost in Worlds announcements.
