Now that my audio collection is really starting to grow, I'm going through and making sure that audios are appropriately tagged to make it easier to find what you are looking for. Here are some of the most popular tags:
NSFW: Pretty self explanatory
SFW: No mentions of anything sexual in nature
Naked Voice: This is an audio with only my voice. No tones or extra effects
F4M: Female voiced audio for male listener. Might make mentions of good "boy" or male genitalia
F4A: Female voiced audio for all listeners. Gender neutral terms used (i.e. pet) and no specific genitalia mentioned
Trigger: Audio includes the installation and/or usage of a trigger word, sound or phrase
Quick Shot: An audio that was recorded in one sitting with minimal to no editing
