April 2025 Update

Hello Everyone!

If this video was Christian Science, or even SDA, I would be done writing it. I would be polishing up the script and getting ready to film. But this video isn't either of those topics -- it's Hawaii.

It's the last state to join the union. It's the only state that used to be an internationally recognized kingdom. It's the only state with a real native sovereignty movement. And it's the only state I grew up in. Not only does it have, by far, the most interesting story of any state, but I'm personally attached to it so I feel the need to share that story - in its entirety - with you.

The script has gone through multiple overhauls and right now, script is sitting at 24500 words, putting it between CS and SDA in terms of length. I'm only up to the year 1840 in the timeline. I'm on page 4 of my 15 page outline. Extrapolating that out, this video would be ~8 hours long.

So this project is no longer one video. It's three or four. With that change in scope, I might not start filming until early summer.

My plan is write them all out and film them, then release them as I finish editing them. Episode 1 will be on Patreon until Episode 2 is complete, Episode 1 will release on Youtube while 2 is on Patreon, 2 on Youtube, 3 on Patreon, etc etc. You'll always be one episode ahead of the general audience.

Given how long this will take, I'm incredibly thankful for your continued support. It's the only thing keeping me financially afloat between videos. I might have to consider taking a Nebula sponsorship, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there.
