Added 2025-01-25 13:08:22 +0000 UTChadn't been feeling tiptop all week but, in classic Lucy fashion, was doing my best to ignore it and push through so I could get things done but apparently my body is, quite literally, sick of my bullshit and finally took my ass out with a fever and chills yesterday and today isn't looking much better ๐คง
unfortunately that means that movie night tonight is postponed because, well, I'm not 100% sure I'd be able to stay awake for the whole thing โ ๏ธ so that means... next month we'll just have to do a double feature for Valentine's Day ๐ ๐
I'm going to spend the weekend curled up in a blanket nest and resting and probably doing some light work-- please send giant containers of soup and snuggles and kisses because ya girl is miserableeeeeee.
take care of yourselves this flu season (and all the other various plagues that are going around), wash your hands, rest up and get lots of sleep. OR ELSE YOU WILL FACE MY WRATH ๐ซ ๐ฅฐ
