She's a switch through and through. There's also an AU non-canon one-shot that has her getting crushed by an Ex because she keeps shrinking to be at his feet. I tend to draw more women overall, and the peeps that have written some of the other stories tend to write mostly women, but there are defs instances of Marissa being submissive around men too!

As a result, she's seen her coworkers do a lot of wild shit, and thus has a lot of leverage on them lol. Through blackmail, she doesn't even have to shrink them herself, she could just order them to do it But yeah short answer is Marissa could easily crush her in terms of basically everything XD
