October News and Schedule

Phew, September's through. It was a tough month. Even the news got delayed. I flip-flopped on release schedules and ended up with extra work. And don't get me wrong, I loved getting to draw both Amelie and Nana but they were both really challenging in their own right so they left me with little time for anything else. So in order to balance other responsibilities There will be substantial changes to the monthly illustrations, see below.

Monthly illustration

I'm going to be doing 3 illustrations in a primarily line art style like the image below for the foreseeable future. I've really loved doing fully digitally painted pieces but each one can take in between 6 and 25 hours!!! I want to take that time to study up. Fully colored illustrations will come back when I'm more confident about speed.
