Bloodborne is a very good game, maybe my favourite game, but while I can't think of an area that annoys the ever loving piss out of me, there's plenty of just piss taking. Vials, why do I have to collect these? For people not stuggling, it's a non issue, but if you blow through 60 on Gascoigne after struggling through Yarnham, it's just discouraging. Having to travel back to the Dream for a flask refill, especially with those loading times before the patches. Forcing you into NG+ made a wacky return for no explicable reason. Chalice Dungeons, while containing some of my favourite bosses, could have been handled better. Multiplayer in general was a weird step back. While I liked the sinister bell ringing women, the rest of the changes make matching with people clunkier, and less reliable in general. The whole game being stuck at 30FPS is what it is, I can't say I'm not disappointed they couldn't eak 60 out of it on the Pro at least. Also, the Micolash fight can get shafted. However, I am still playing the fucking game to this day.
