As I understand it, the publisher only got their court victory by exploiting laws designed to protect businesses during COVID even though this case had nothing to do with it. They also failed to disprove the charge that they didn't make payments on time.

Foregoing the poor design choices there, increasing the grind means it's further distancing the player from the good stuff in the game.

Fast leveling isn’t confusing. Figuring out how to get the cool stuff without paying real money for it is the confusing part.
