Deleting Tiers 3 and 4

I'm doing this because I started this patreon to fund larger scale animated projects, but between all the monthly things I just dont have time to actually work on it to any major capacity. Apologies again for the short notice, and if you pledged for those tiers, please make sure your pledge is deleted. I'd hate to see anyone overcharged.
