Today, I want to share this first-ever loading screen I made. The Geometric Loading Screen Replacement! I remember seeing this design from one of the Sims 4 "Play With Life" ad and I thought... "that's cool".
This loading screen comes with ten colors to choose from:
- Red
- Orange
- Yellow
- Lime Green
- Green
- Aqua Green
- Cyan
- Blue
- Purple
- Pink
- or have all of them and choose the Multicolor version! 🌈
Sounds like colors from Among Us? Yes, they kinda are. Now for a few points and clarifications:
The geometric plumbob pattern (unfortunately) does not align with the spinning plumbob. Why? Because the spinning plumbob isn't at the center, and its placement varies with your UI scale. So I decided, if it isn't going to properly align with the spinning plumbob, at least the pattern is properly centered to the whole screen.
The Granite Falls Map Replacement is still coming next week! This was just a little side project.

I got the email notif and came running to see if the multi-color was indeed an option and not just a quick-easy preview of the multiple screens, cos while I adore all the nice simple color replacer loading screens, I hadn't see a lovely multicolor to rep~ Absolutely in love :)
