Both are lesser compared to actual training of course. This is 2076 so unless Regina lost that gun a year ago it's not there.

This may be fanon that I’m remembering but actual skill shards don’t really stick or just give the skill with no experience with it so the training shards would be for the better. After he’s done he should really try to find a way to contact Regina to at least get in contact with her. Hell if he wants to make a good impression go and see if Skippy happens to be in his alleyway for pickup. He doesn’t have the tech to use it and I imagine Regina will be really thankful for getting her favorite gun back. Small chapter, not much happened but they all don’t need to be bangers. Can’t wait for more man!
