Let's not forget that it scales off of his "base stats", and he's not only running the [Strong] Trair, but the Kure genetics & catlike reflexes. "Removal" + Strong + Superhuman takes him so much further than a fullborg in power output. He can use 100% if his strength, his strength that is already superhuman thanks to the Common [Strong] Trait & Uncommon [Kure]. Bro is absolutely beyond Chrome, and his math abilities making more easily run calculations means spatial geometry/awareness is also enhanced.
