Added 2019-10-14 01:15:26 +0000 UTCHey guys, Ben here. Time to let you guys in on something I’ve been pretty private about. I’ve mentioned here and there that I’ve had voice health struggles, and what I’ve kept private is the extent to which this struggle has escalated.
I’ve been in and out of doctors for over a year now, and I’ve been in a lot of pain trying to get this issue under control. For the future of my channel’s longevity, I am forced to make a very hard decision to remove custom audios from all tiers until further notice.
There’s nothing I hate worse than keeping paying patrons waiting; and at the rate my voice fails me, I continue to fall further and further behind. I apologize for the disappointment, and I understand any withdrawal of patronage due to this change.
Thank you for your patience, support and understanding toward me. I hope to reinstate this reward in the future, health permitting. Thank you again, and much love! -B
PS: this will not affect the $25 tier and patrons having their names mentioned in audios!! I am pre-uploaded for a few weeks but when the newest recorded audios come out, you’ll start hearing names :)

I’d rather you get better and do audios later than hurt your voice further and never do audios again so take care of yourself we are happy to wait :)

I Will appresiate and be gratefull to the work you are able to do, your well being are most important. Pleace take Care.
