I’m late but Happy Thanksgiving! My fav holiday is Christmas, I love driving around with my family to look at Christmas lights that are displayed at parks!

2022-11-24 07:13:19 +0000 UTCChristmas Eve my family gets together and goes to church then we go home get our pjs on and we read from the Bible and then each of us siblings gets to open a present. Then Christmas Day we go to my cousin’s place. This year will be a bit different though since my sister will be getting married. She will be spending Christmas with her fiancé’s family. So we will be come up with a new Christmas tradition.

We all would open one gift ton Christmas Eve from our Granparents, since Germans do that the night before. But for me now... it's the tradition I started when I first moved out. On Christmas Eve, I put on a Christmas movie, it changes each year, eat some of my baking and have some hot chocolate. I just enjoy the moment. No worries, fears, it so peaceful. It's not big but I look forward to it.
