This was a much needed remake. I've been wanting to do it for ages now. In my original Muscle pride post i said i made it in about the span of a day. And in retrospect it REALLY shows. it was too long. Too disjointed. Not well structured. And then Narcissistic muscle came along and did everything it was supposed to do but better.
With this redux (which i made with the input of my good friend Jockout. Check them out here: https://soundcloud.com/jockout ) I've made sure that it builds to a much better crescendo and has two clear through-lines that you can hopefully follow so much better, and with a much better version of the Break induction to accompany it.
