2022-12-06 21:04:23 +0000 UTCThis is my favorite speech from daenerys. She really knows how to inspire loyalty and love from her people. I also really loved the callback to drogos speech (minus all the r word stuff because dany doesnt play like that lol). The score and drogons roar at the end tie it all together! Another reason why I love this moment from dany is because she fulfills a dothraki prophecy about the stallion to mount the world. Everyone thought it was her son in s1, but it was in fact her, mounted on her other son drogon before the sacred place (mother of mountains). Its really nice to see these things come full circle for characters

2022-12-04 07:24:44 +0000 UTCI don't want to direct your theory one way or another about Aerys the Mad King and Bran....In fact that was a theory at one point in time I believe, but I will point out since it is common knowledge that 'Burn them all' wasn't a sudden outburst of madness- The Mad King's mental health was degenerating for decades and losing the war was definitely the last straw....It's not that he became crazy all of a sudden, it was pretty much already an actuality before... which is also why the war started 'Coz he burned Ned's Brother and Father etc)
