Potential spoilers, but not really. Just being safe. Proceed with caution… ⚠️ There’s a very specific scene in a later episode that I won’t say anything about other than that it is absolutely perfect for that very reason and I’m excited to see Sofie’s reaction to it… You might be able to figure out what that scene is, but idk as I’m being vague to not spoil. Hope this doesn’t count as a spoiler as it’s more just pointing out that they kinda do something with that. I put a warning just in case, but I’m still not gonna go into detail just to be safe.

2023-03-11 07:32:31 +0000 UTCi love that even in season 8 the writers still show the difference between nathan and dan being fathers and having the same dream but one was bitter and the other is just grateful for the life he has. I think season 5 helped nathan also realized he was on the verge of becoming his father but then he realized he has a chance and also realized his family means more than a game unlike dan did

2023-03-11 07:25:54 +0000 UTCI absolutely love the moment while they're Trick-Or-Treating when the man says to Nathan that he bets he'd give anything to be at the game, and Nathan looks over at Jamie and says that no, he wouldn't. He's happy to be here with his son. Unlike Dan, his family is enough for him, he's not bitter about no longer living his dream, he's just happy to have Jamie. He is sad, of course, but at the end of the day, he's got all he needs. <333
