So for clarification I don't think that Marcel's blood would kill an original under normal circumstances, just his venom....But obviously since the venom is bound to him and so is his blood, the Hollow transformed his blood which is tied to him and may have some traces of the venom in it- into a lethal weapon...It's just powerful magic from the hollow so gotta kind of run with it.
