Yes, Sofie, the actor who played the ghost (Jeff Kober) was on Buffy. He played 2 different roles on there. First was in "Helpless" (3x12) where he played Kralik, the psycho vamp that the council was gonna use for Buffy's Cruciamentum test and then got loose and kidnapped Joyce. The second time the actor appeared was in season 6 as Rack, the magic dealer that Willow and Amy visit and Dark Willow later kills.
