You may recognize Blackwoods and Brackens because of that scene in season 1 of HotD. When young Rhaenyra is on her courtship tour looking for a husband, they stop in Storms End and a young boy of House Blackwood proposes a match and then a Bracken guy is taunting him and they duel. The Blackwood boy kills the Bracken dude lol

2024-07-05 10:02:22 +0000 UTCYes, that was Dayana from S1! Good catch! I saw it in the IMDb actors list for the episode, not sure I would have otherwise... And I don't remember how much Blackwoods there are in GOT show but in the books both Blackwoods and Brackens are addressed since the Tullys still have trouble with their feuding. I don't know if there is a connection between Brackens and Baratheons but Bracken is a red horse on yellow/golden and brown base, not a stag.
