I am really curious what they are going to do with Max in season 5. The condition she is in now. Especially after El tried to connect to Max mind again and couldn't find Max. If in season 5 she is miraculously alive that would be really bad. If she is alive I expect a great explanation for it!

I personally hope that in season 5 they show that after all this she returned to Owens and they finished the training properly with El her full support and against her will.

Maybe, but what would be the point of her staying to complete the program while Vecna kills Max, completes his plan, and takes over Hawkins anyway!! .. At least she tried, and she did sorta postpone Max's "death" .. they did have a good plan.. all of them .. it was factors unaccounted for like fu*king Jason that ruined everything .. and while Vecna succeeded in executing his plan, he had to retreat because they did hurt him BAD .. if El wasn't there .. he would be sending demo-everything to our world and walking around Hawkins right after the gates connected reshaping the world while El is soaking in the Nina bathtub still not ready

I'd like to point out (because nobody ever does it seems) that Papa was actually right. El wasn't ready, she lost and if it weren't for other people intervening she would have marched in their and handed him all her power on top of losing.

It seems to me that you don't understand how this world works .. again ..the Spiderweb captures and ties the victims.. why would he "apply pressure" to chock them?!... They were captured already.. you also seem like you don't get Vecna.. why do you think he didn't kill El when he could?! Why do you think he told Nancy everything and then let her go.. why did he let Max go in 4x4?! he kills with purpose, he doesn't kill randomly and most importantly .. he was executing his big plan and enjoyed having audience around ... it also seems like Vecna enjoys killing only when the victim is in despair .. that is why he haunts his victims before killing them .. torturing them about their past and waiting till they're totally desperate they nearly give in to him.. also why I believe he let Max go when she resisted and held on to good memories..

Will has so many purposes contributing to s3. Will experiences premotions from the upside down, believing the mind flayer is still alive. Will has a mental connection to the mind flayer from s2, which he uses to help the group defeat it. He may have not had that much action in s3, but he's still vital to the story. There's a reason why he was kidnapped and taken to the upside down rather than being killed like everyone else. This is why will is going to be a major focus in s5.

Do anyone remember a single major scene in season three where Will was contributing to the plot? They destroyed his character (which was perfect by the way) by just ignoring him, they had no plan for him after season 2 then why did they keep his character alive I would love a perfect death for an amazing character rather than keeping them alive and doing nothing with the character

Vecna had so much power that he could control El, kill Max at the same time but he couldn't put a little more pressure to choke Steve, Nancy and Robin and stop them from executing their plan

I never understood people saying El gained powers to bring back the dead .. like WHAT?! ... El has been manipulating internal organs since S1 .. sqeezing bladders .. exploding brains .. and breaking necks .. and yet it is so hard to see she just performed a simple CPR to save Max?!! She just made her heart beat again, same as any paramedic would ... I also saw so many people commenting on Steve, Nancy and Robin being chocked .. when were they chocked exactly?! The vines captures intruders like a spiderweb.. it does not kill them .. it is wrapped around their hands and necks to secure them, not to chock them .. it was wrapped around Steve, Nancy, and Robin's necks .. just like it was wrapped around Max's neck when Vecna was planning to kill her himself .. and around El's neck when Vecna wanted her to watch him kill her friend before he killed her .. in each of those situations, he tells his victim, who's tied up by the vines hands and neck, that he will kill her himself .. so OBVIOUSLY the vines weren't killing anyone

I sobbed with you, lovely reaction like always Sofie. Rewatching ST with u has been amazing truly. I can't wait to watch the final season with you we all will be on the same page when it comes out next year. The first time I saw this I cried like crazy when Eddie died it was just too much. I kept telling myself if u guys kill off Eddie I will riot in no time he became my fav character in the show and that's telling something. Lucas his reaction to max dieing in his arms is just so heartbreaking. Nancy was badass, hopper too and the guitar solo was Some epic shit. What a finale! I can't imagine what S5 will have in store for us it's def my most anticipated show.

She didn't get new powers; she just used her powers to restart Max's heart. And Vecna didn't kill Steve, Nancy, and Robin because he had already foreseen all of this happening. And plus, he only needed one kill, which was Max, and she was still linked to Vecna. And how did they destroy Will's character??

this season had a lot of great moment but was not without issues i still can't get over the fact that El suddenly got some new powers to bring someone back to life or why the hell Vecna didn't kill Steve, Nancy and Robin immediately, it was because of them that he lost i don't think every show needs to kill his characters but at least don't put them in such dangerous situations that makes their survival unbelievable Steve is my favorite character in the show but i kind of wished he would have died instead of Eddie it would have been a perfect death for him after that amazing scene between him and Nancy, i'm afraid they might do the same thing to his character that they did with Will character in season three ( basically destroy his character )

I disagree with Nancy .. there is no guarantee that leaving Vecna was going to keep everyone safe either ..Max herself said there is a chance her listening to this song on repeat may make it less meaningful to her and Vecna would have found it real easy to get her then .. or he would have just killed someone else and completed the 4th kill .. and they wouldn't have been prepared at all .. with this plan at least they managed to hurt him ... also, it wasn't just Nancy.. they ALL came up with the plan, and Max volunteered.. maybe Nancy was the first to say it, but everyone pitched in specially Max and Dustin

THE FINALE IS HERE!!!!! All I have to say is the acting in this show is absolutely phenomenal. I've cried more during this show than any other show it's crazy. These characters are just so special to me, so it really hit me hard. Can't wait for the very last season (which I'm not ready for.)
