You’re probably should have watched the next episode also since it’s the conclusion to this eppy. I think it’s safe to assume that Ingrid had brainwashed the guards against the sisters somehow & to do her bidding. Also I believe that Rumple has shown after Neil’s death he only cares about Belle & Henry. Great reaction as always!!
