Yes the book exists and you can order a copy of it! Holly (Piper) had the original one after the show ended but she passed it down to Alyssa (phoebe) that original book isn’t for sale but there’s hundreds of copies available to buy. Look at me making charmed profit

Buffy crossover trivia: There are a couple of musical links to Buffy in this episode. The band that are being photographed in the opening scene, Four Star Mary, are the real band behind the sound of Oz and Dingoes Ate My Baby. Also the song you liked at the beginning is Lucky by Bif Naked and is performed by the band at a frat party that Buffy attends with Parker (grrrr) in the season 4 episode ‘The Harsh Light of Day’.
