Load the scene and save her as an apearance preset or a look and load her into other scenes.
My suggesting to fit models into other scenes is to match the scaling numbers.
Sarah is generally scaled to 0.880 I think, so if you want natalia in those scenes try scaling her first, saving that look at that scale and then load her in.
That's just what I do.
