The lipstick is probably mixed with some special remedies to make the infected more sensitive or maybe protective ointment for the agents.

2022-04-20 15:45:07 +0000 UTC*nods nods* ^^ As Olaf said, the whole suit function is explained across the comic, but as how it "feels" wearing it On the inside it would feel like a full lycra bodysuit, but as skin tight as a latex suit. and on the outside, its mostly carbon fibers, so to the touch it would be a mix of latex, neoprene and kevlar
