Changelog:

Added new interactive furniture for the gym, incline press machine
Includes 2 poses:
Working out: The elf will perform several reps, then stop and get up.
If the player is near her, she will open her legs. She will not get up if the legs are open.
If the player adds weight to the bar, she will get stuck under it.
The player can call the elf with the Sex/Call button and she will lift the weight and get up (turns out she was not stuck after all)
Dynamic sweating effect added to elf skin during exercise in the gym floor
Spanking system overhaul: Collision detection is now more precise. Spanking SFX will no longer sound caused by the player grabbing an elf
Reworked height calibration system, fixed calibration during sex not being correct. This will greatly enhance positions such as the shower one, for close up face to face sex. Virtual crouching is for now disabled, as it needs rework too to fit the new code
Fixed gym clothing not resetting after changing elf
Fixed being able to call elf from the elf elevator before the change
Reworked upper body player animation to fix long torso
Fixed player colliding with treadmill, sofa, and bed, not allowing to move the player head and causing dizziness
Fixed bug causing incorrect animation transition if elf was called while treadmill was starting/stopping
Removed bench from shower level to make space for future activities, those same positions are available in the bedroom, the shower map will have other unique positions
