Sex Tip Tuesday ๐Ÿ†

When your ๐Ÿ† doesnโ€™t get the memoโ€ฆnow what?!

An erection isnโ€™t the measure of your masculinity or your pleasure. Pressure to โ€œperformโ€ can actually sabotage arousal. Instead, shift the focus to sensation, connection, and exploring what feels good without a goalpost.

Engage your whole body, not just your penis. Use breath, touch, fantasy, and communication to dial into pleasure. And remember, there are plenty of ways to have amazing sex that donโ€™t require an erection. Give yourself that permission.

Have you noticed changes in your erections, like timing, firmness, or frequency? How do you usually respond when that happens? Let us know in the comments below.

Absolutely, Steve!

Well, as I've posted before, there do seem to be some changes from the photo J took of my erection early in our intimacy. Angle, maybe length. Producing erections when I was castrate at age 74 was probably the first time I really gave it any notice. Knowing the why and that it was only for 6 months made it "okay". After recovering I did feel that I was not having spontaneous erections and that is when I was introduced to pelvic therapy. Looking back over my experiences, I've become curious about whether I may have missed noticing changes in firmness during intercourse.

Guy (works)

There are definitely other ways to have pleasure with a less than rigid erection. Also, if my erection isnโ€™t quite firm enough for penetration, the penis pump is an amazing tool๐Ÿ˜Ž
