I like this story, the character I project for Bob / Babette was always waiting to be a sissy, probably bi/sexual, she gives into it all pretty easily. Which I like how you held the story consistent with that character arc. Also, love the more natural look on the friend. The brief monologue is really great, "those bad memories..."
