Changes moving forward

Our patreon members have been extremely low over the last 6 months.

Piracy has been a major problem for this site.

PDF's will be password protected moving forward.

You'll need to go to the "COMMUNITY CHAT" in order to see the password.

I hate to add another step, but some bad actors have made it more difficult for us all .

Previews of the work will not be the entire page anymore, but simply a low resolution portion of the pdf.

As always, for those of your that are AMAZING and HELP US and don't try to tear us down-- thank you for your added efforts and support,

Devin & Team

Hey guys- This is a test. That is why I did it with the last update of this friday till I work out all the bugs.

You should have access to it . ALL tiers higher have access to lower tiers in the chat

Hi Devin, sorry you’ve had to resort to this; that’s a crying shame. Like KP9, I support you financially but even at around $50+ per month I still can’t access the chat for the password (I’m being asked for an extra $15 to do so!). I’m not saying that password protection is a bad idea, but passing additional costs onto paying members for the privilege of accessing content for which we are currently paying for is not the way forwards here and I fear that it will drive some of your fans away. Could you please review this situation and try to find a work around for us loyal fans who are happy to pay what we pay but would simply like to view and enjoy the content that we already pay for, please?

There is no chat to join in community chats for this patreon. The only chat listed for this Patreon is the Tier 1 PW's chat which I dont have access to as a higher paid member. I understand the frustrations and issues that you face in dealing with piracy and have been happy to support the patreon over the last few years, but I have to be honest that as a paying member the added hassle of this change will likely drive me away. From the obvious current issue of not having access to content I am currently paying for (which im sure will be worked out), to now having to consume the material in a format i dont enjoy (pdf), managing multiple versions of said pdf for each update, managing the different passwords for work you want to go back and revisit work that is not being updated since its likely the password will need to change every month to serve as any actual control, there are now just to many barriers to enjoying the content I am paying for.
