To access the chat with a creator you support on Patreon, navigate to the Community tab (on mobile) or the Chats page (on desktop) and select Direct messages. You can then search for the creator's name to start a new conversation or continue an existing one. Detailed Steps: On the Patreon mobile app: Tap the Community tab located at the bottom of the app. Select Direct messages. Search for the creator's name and tap on their name to open the chat. On the Patreon website: Click on the Chats link in the left navigation menu. Select Direct messages. Search for the creator's name and click on their name to open the chat. Note: If the creator you're trying to contact doesn't have a chat feature enabled, or if you are not a paid member, you may not be able to message them through Patreon. Some creators may offer chat as a paid benefit, so ensure you are a paid member to access the chat feature. Creators can also set up community chats, which are group conversations with other members, which you can access through the Community tab.
