Dear Amazing Patrons,

Words can’t express how much I love and appreciate each of you. Your support over the years has kept our comics alive, and I’m endlessly grateful for your belief in our stories and art.

This month, I hit a breaking point. I seriously considered stopping comics altogether. The financial strain is real—last month’s earnings weren’t enough to pay my artists, (artist friends I have worked with for YEARS) and pirate sites constantly scrape our work relentlessly with tireless malicious software meant to mine and hurt creators. Too many access our content for free, and while I get that not everyone can pay, creating comics takes real financial support.

So, I’m trying something new: password-protected art. It’s an experiment, and I’m not sure if it’ll stick, but I have to try something to keep this going. I’m asking you—our true fans, the ones who’ve been with us through thick and thin (you know who you are!)—to take this extra step with me. The site can’t survive on just 40 incredible supporters.

Passwords might encourage more to join our community and help sustain the high-quality art and stories we pour our hearts into.
