Ugh I felt this! I recently stopped smoking for a month, was working out consistently & losing weight etc. Once 1 month came around (4/20) i smoked and I immediately started binge eating snacks and everything. I still am doing my meal prep etc, but smoking and eating snacks adds more to my overall daily intake. I’ve gained weight for sure but Ik that 🍃is part of the reason. I’m figuring out a balance as we speak.
