The Week of Royal Endurance is a week where the King and Queen have nonstop secks for 7 whole days. The goal is for the King to make the Queen climax 1000 times before the week ends without breaking her AND without climaxing himself! Even if he reached 1000, they need to keep going for all 7 days.
The reward for doing so is she has to bear as many children as the King wants and can impregnate her with.
There is no consequence for failing to reach 1000 or climaxing.
BUT! The consequence for making her break is death by beheading from the Great Goddess.
So if a King sees their Queen is about to break, they NEED to stop!
