Quick note: Ferris/Matthew Broderick was lip-singing, and the movie meant for you to know it. Danke Schoen - Wayne Newton was the first song . . ..Second song was The Beatles - Twist and Shout, with John Lennon on the mic. Off subject, we should be watching some Charlie Sheen movies.

The Ferrari in the film was a fake, obviously. I saw a real one in Big Sur California a few years ago. I think they are valued between $10 and $20 million U S dollars these days ....

I remember watching this movie long time ago but was not able to connect to it the way I did with Breakfast Club , Sixteen Candles and even Plane Train and Automobiles. But now after rewatching it - find it hilarious. John Hughes was a great director but a legendary writer. His movies are as if you lived in the 80s. Another one which was not directed but written by John Hughes which I vividly remember was "Pretty in Pink". Molly Ringwald was a big deal in the 80's.

I guess we all sometimes wish we had a day off like Ferris. Unfortunately, Ferris has something we all lack: a script.😅
But the movie's message—that we need to remember to enjoy life every now and then—is especially important in our fast-paced world.
The actress who plays Ferris's sister Jeanie, Jinnifer Grey, starred in the 80s chick flick Dirty Dancing (1987).
I don't know how popular Dirty Dancing is here in the community, but the movie has a nice love story, cool dance scenes, and a soundtrack with lots of great songs. I'm sure you ladies would love it, maybe you'll react to the movie sometime.
That was, as always, a great reaction, ladies.💜

Amazing reaction ladies. I always loved this movie even if Ferris is pretty toxic himself. I am impressed that Hella realized really quickly that Cameron had issues and needed help before the movie really got into it. I can't wait for The Breakfast Club. I hope this begins a John Hughes movie run. His movies are amazing.
Thank you Munchies. Also nice you noticed the Deadpool ending. Lol.
