Sorry for the low resolution, this is an exported gif the programmer sent me. So here we go! The first iteration of the battle system. It looks simple but there's a lot of functions happening in this small little test. I'll explain. This is and AI battle simulator. Things happening: there are attacks, hits, blocks, dodges, defeat and win animations. Also walks and runs.
Akumi's vs Monsters (Flesh Stalkers)
This is just the beginning. A lot to polish from here. First, they need to attack immediately once battle starts. Other future updates will include camera zoom-ins on close battles making the characters large on screen. More abilities to be added, ( Heals, Magic, Stuns, Poison etc...) more character classes and skins.
I'll give updates on the engine as they happen here. Hopefully we get leaps in progress like this one each week.
