Diogon is from a highly-radioactive region in another dimension where, over eons, its inhabitants have evolved to thrive, gaining a resistance to its powerful energy and also becoming empowered by it. One of these inhabitants is Diogon’s race, the toxians. Besides being born with innate abilities, the toxians harness this radiation further with their magic and advanced technology. Technology that Diogon used to travel to the Hex Realms where he says he’s come in search of someone – someone whose identity he won’t reveal. Despite his secrets, he seems trustworthy enough and is an obvious asset to the team… though he’s been seen nervously looking over his shoulder more than once.
