Vore Game Progress Update - Feb 2025 #2

I've programmed a bit more & as promised before, here is a gif showing all the new elements from the screenshot last time in action!
This is everything up to when the tutorial text flashes on screen. Dialogue from our prey streamer Floppy, chat’s reaction to the start of the stream, & a quick notification test at the start of someone donating 10 bits. Plus a bit more art! :3
As you can see in both the gif & the tutorial at the end, the game plays out in real time. Want to fatten up the bunny or get her fed to a pred? Then you’ll have to act fast, & stay on your toes!
So yeah, the visual side of the code is going great! Audio-wise, however, things are a bit slower. I’ve recorded ~50% of the dialogue, haven’t edited/mixed it yet. And no sound design or music has been started on yet, either. I especially want to make sure there’s a lil SFX whenever a new message appears in chat. So yeah, a lot to be done there.
Which brings me to an announcement: Every time I make a release timeframe for this game I have to alter it when new things pop up. And this is happening once again, but this time, I’m not going to announce a new release timeframe until things finally feel close to being done.
As mentioned, this is one of the most complicated projects I’ve made, & I want to ensure it’s as excellent (& bug-free) as possible.
Until I announce a new release timeframe, there will be 2 updates a month on the game progress. I want to keep you guys in the loop as I work on this.
