A Moment Just for Myself

But today, I finally stopped, embraced the silence, and let myself just be. No distractions, no worries—just me and this peaceful moment. I had forgotten how comforting it feels to do nothing and simply exist. I really miss this kind of quiet time, where I don’t have to think about anything, just enjoying my own presence.
已經很久沒有這樣徹底放鬆了。生活總是不斷向前，充滿責任和無盡的思緒。但今天，我終於停下腳步，擁抱寧靜，讓自己放空。沒有干擾，沒有煩惱，只有我和這片寧靜的時光。我差點忘了，什麼都不做、單純存在是多麼舒適。我真的很想念這樣的安靜時刻，不需要思考任何事情，只是享受與自己獨處的美好。
