At least they didn't only drop one scale each like you'd expect from a real videogame fetch quest. Great XP, though. I'm going to guess that the following presence was Ryouko. Lilith and Morrigan don't really have a reason to here, and he couldn't notice them before, and if Irisviel could leave her little territory I think the Reverse Side of the World would look a LOT darker. Incidentally--are these fishmen just fishy people, or are they more like Deep Ones, with some horrifying god-fish out in the waters wanting to spread that Innsmouth Look across the globe? Leaving that potential danger aside, the ocean on the Mirror World must be terrifyingly dangerous. So many murderous things in it.
