Hey babes,
I wanted to share a quick but important update alongside this chart. As you can see, a few changes we made recently didn’t bring the results we hoped for. Around mid-February, we introduced new lower-priced tiers and temporarily reduced the prices of existing ones (the Waifu tier from $15 → $10, and the Dolly tier from $30 → $25).
This was done with care—I’d been noticing more cancellations citing financial stress or feeling overcharged, and I genuinely wanted to respond with compassion. The idea was to keep people onboard in tougher times.
But the reality is now clear: while complaints during cancellations have dropped, the actual rate of cancellations hasn’t improved. Economic conditions are what they are, and I get that—sometimes, people need to step away to protect their own stability. That’s fair.
However, these changes did have a cost.
We’ve seen significant cannibalization of higher tiers, which were the lifeblood of our stability. Lower tiers gave the appearance of activity, but they didn’t bring sustainable support. I also now understand that posting frequency and coverage across the week matters more than volume—so I’ll be optimizing around that moving forward.
💡 What’s changing next:
I’ve already hidden the new lower tiers. I will continue serving those members, but no new signups will be allowed.
In two weeks, I’ll be restoring the original prices of the Waifu and Dolly tiers... BUT:
If you stay on during this period, you will keep your lower rate permanently (this will only affect new members). This is about rewarding loyalty, not punishing anyone. I won’t be sending out another notice—I want this to quietly honor those who remain.
This experience has shown me what doesn’t work, and now I know exactly where to place my energy. From here, we’re optimizing—not reacting. More cohesive sequences, better pacing, deeper influence, and a steadier emotional beat. I believe in what we’re building, and I’ll move mountains to make it stronger—for all of us.
With love,
Lily 🩷
